About PAD-LOCKS Locksmiths:
Honest Local Locksmiths Built on 20 Years of Police Staff Intergrity

PAD-LOCKS Locksmiths is owned and operated by Lee, a proud independent local trade professional. Before entering the locksmith industry, Lee spent nearly 20 years in public service as a vetted intelligence and crime analyst for the Lancashire Constabulary. This background gives our business an entirely unique approach to home security. We don't just mechanically alter components; we look at your property through an analytical, crime-prevention lens

While serving as a civilian police staff analyst, Lee’s daily focus was examining how, where, and why local break-ins occurred across Chorley, Leyland, and Preston. Today, that exact intelligence background is applied directly to the tools in the van. We look for the subtle weak spots—like misaligned uPVC multi-point gearboxes or outdated euro-cylinders—and use high-grade, British Standard anti-snap hardware to eliminate those vulnerabilities before opportunists can exploit them.

Because we are an independent family business based in Eccleston, our reputation is everything. We stand strictly against the high-pressure tactics used by national call-centre networks. When you ring our number, you deal directly with Lee. You get transparent, guaranteed fixed quotes, no call-out fees, and the old-school integrity you would expect from someone who dedicated two decades to local public safety.
